FAQs

  • We have two convenient locations in Sunny Isles Beach and Hallandale Beach. Upon booking, we will share all booking details including marina address.

  • All of our charters include bottled water and we do not have drinks for purchase on the boat. Upon request when coordinating booking, we can accommodate any drink or food requests.

  • Deposits & Cancellations
    All deposits are non-refundable once payment has been made. If you are unable to make your originally scheduled charter, your deposit may be applied as a credit toward a future booking for up to two (2) years from the original booking date.

    Reservations may be moved to another available date and/or time, subject to availability and approval by Blue Water Boat Rental.

    No-Shows
    Guests who fail to arrive for their scheduled charter without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows are not eligible for a refund, rescheduling, or booking credit.

    Weather Policy
    Your safety is our priority. Charters will operate in light or passing weather when conditions are considered safe. If the captain determines that weather or water conditions are unsafe for the charter, we will work with you to reschedule your reservation to another available date and time.

    If you are unable to reschedule immediately, the amount paid will remain available as a booking credit for up to two (2) years from the original booking date.

    Weather-related cancellations or rescheduling decisions are made at the captain’s discretion based on safety and boating conditions.
